Susie cakes hands down is the best bakery I have EVER been to. My favorite is their red velvet cake...its amazing! But their frosted sugar cookies, vanilla cupcakes and marble cake are all great too. The only thing that really bothers me is that they close at like 6:30. Who gets their dessert before 6:30? I sure don't. So I usually end up going elsewhere because Susie Cakes is closed. They are also closed on Sunday :( And for some reason I am always driving by a susie cakes on Sunday. Oh well...their hours probably keep me skinny! But do stop by susie cakes if you happen to be near one during normal business hours...and they always have free samples of something yummy. Susie Cakes 11708 San Vicente Blvd. (310) 442- CAKE

FYI, SusieCakes closes at 7pm, not 630pm and I do agree that the baked goods are out of this world. I too personally like the frosted sugar cookies....one a day keeps the doctor away!
