For several years I have been a fan of the Fage 0% Greek yogurt. It's thick, sour, low in fat, high in protein and an awesome compliment to just about any type of food. I eat it with grilled meats, I have it with fresh fruit and I'll even put it on pizza.
But recently, I have drifted away from my tried and true to another. Yes, it's true. I am having an affair on my yogurt. I have discovered Noosa Yoghurt. Made with milk from happy cows raised on a family owned, Colorado farm, Noosa is sweet and incredibly creamy. It comes in flavors like blueberry, honey, raspberry, mango, peach and strawberry rhubarb. I like the blueberry one best, but I have yet to come across the peach or strawberry rhubarb.
For breakfast as of late I will have half of the 8oz container and add fresh blueberries and walnuts. I usually end up licking the plate at the end, as the yoghurt is that freaking amazing! It has a velvety texture and a sweetness that is so perfect!
Unfortunately, they only sell Nossa at the more expensive grocery stores like Whole Foods and Bristol Farms. I requested that they put in Pavillions, so we'll see what happens.
Try this stuff. You'll become addicted too! I promise.
